Overview
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened media (CD, DVD, software, video games, vinyl records, etc.)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at support@sylvanasfashion.com and send your item to:

Gifts
- Items marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: receive a gift credit for the return value; a gift certificate will be mailed upon receipt of the returned item
- Items not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver: refund will be sent to the gift giver
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping on all eligible orders. Simply contact us to initiate your return, and we will guide you through the process at no cost.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
